About TempEmail

TempEmail is a free temporary (disposable) email service built for testing and privacy. Open the page, get a real inbox, use it, forget it. No account, no password, no personal information required.

It's used most by the people who test software — developers, QA and test engineers, and data teams — to receive the sign-up, verification, OTP, password-reset and activation emails their own applications send, in a real, live inbox instead of cluttering a personal account. It's just as useful to anyone who wants to avoid spam or keep their real address private.

The idea is simple: most websites ask for your email before they've earned the right to have it. A temporary address lets you get past that gate without handing over something permanent. The inbox works like any real email address — it receives messages in real time, shows HTML content, and disappears after an hour.

How it works

When you visit, a unique address is generated and a session is created. Emails sent to that address arrive instantly via a live connection — no polling, no refresh button required. The address and everything in it is permanently deleted after one hour.

Your session is stored in the URL and your browser's local storage, so bookmarking the page lets you return to the same inbox within the hour.

Acceptable use

TempEmail is meant for legitimate purposes — testing your own applications, protecting your privacy, and avoiding spam. Please don't use it for fraud, spam, harassment, or to abuse or circumvent the rules of other services. Misuse goes against the purpose of this tool, and we take steps to detect and block abusive activity.
